提升城市文化 建设学习型城市

当今世界,城市文化已成为整个社会的主流文化。城市文化往往体现着国家的文化水平。城市是物质文化、制度文化、精神文化和信息文化的主要载体。提升城市文化,是促进城市现代化的必经途径。提升城市文化直接关系到提升市民乃至国民的文化素质。为把提升国民素质作为最终目标的城市文化建设必须与学习型城市建设融为一体。学习型城市是以教育和学习为主导的城市现代化发展模式。建设学习型城市的基本目标在于：树立先进的学习理念,营造全民学习的良好氛围,建立健全终身学习体系,形成社会化学习网络,实现教育资源共享,通过学习提高人的素质,促进人的全面发展,充分发展人力资源潜力,为经济社会发展做出积极贡献。建设学习型城市的重要途径之一是完善公共文化服务体系。

To Improve City Culture and Build Learning Cities

City culture has become a mainstream culture of the entire society in the contemporary world. City culture often embodies the cultural level of a country. Cities are the main carriers of material culture, institutional culture, spiritual culture and information culture. To enhance city culture is a necessary path for promoting city modernization.
