| 摘 要： | 古代儒家官德思想内涵丰富,其主要内容有公忠为国、以民为本、立身持正、勤勉尽职、清正廉洁等方面,其中进步的、有价值的官德思想值得认真学习和借鉴。坚持古为今用,继承和发扬传统文化的优秀官德,对于增强干部道德建设的民族文化内涵、提高领导干部的思想道德素养很有裨益。

| Abstract: | The Confucian thought of official’s virtue in the ancient times has enriched connotations, including loyalty to the home country, people orientation, diligence, integrity, and so forth. Some of them are progressive and of value, worthy of learning. Learning from the good virtues of the ancient times and carrying forward the traditional culture is favorable for increasing the national culture contents of the cadre moral construction and enhancing the moral mastery of leading cadres. |
