| 摘 要： | 反腐倡廉制度建设的核心是权力的制约和监督,而舆论监督则是整个权力制约和监督体系中的重要组成部分。要发挥舆论监督在反腐倡廉建设中的作用,应着力构建以信息公开制度为基础、以舆情收集制度为重点、以沟通反馈制度为保证、以责任追究制度为核心的舆论监督联动机制。

| Abstract: | The core of institutional construction for fighting corruption lies in the restraining and supervision of power, while the supervision by public opinion is an important component of the power restraining and supervision system.To bring the function of public opinion in fighting corruption into play, we should work hard to build a public opinion supervision interlock mechanism with information publicity as the foundation, public opinion collection as the focus,communication and feedback as the guarantee,and accountability system as the core. |
