| 摘 要： | 建立一支党领导下的人民军队,是中国革命取得胜利的前提和保障。党对军队绝对领导权的确立,从三湾改编提出党对军队绝对领导的原则、架构党对军队绝对领导的组织体系开始,到古田会议的召开,标志着党对军队绝对领导权的确立是一个历史的过程。充分认识党对军队绝对领导权的确立过程,对新形势下走中国特色的建军之路具有十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | The establishment of the people’s army led by the party is a precondition and guarantee for the victory of Chinese revolution. The CPC’s absolute leadership over the army originates from the Sanwan Reorganization, in which the principle of the party’s absolute leadership over the army is brought forward and the organizational system embodying the absolute leadership is structured. The principle is confirmed in the Gutian Meeting. Grasping sufficiently this historical process has an important meaning for insisting on the absolute leadership and advancing on the road of army construction with Chinese characteristics in the new situation. |
