| 摘 要： | 警察权是行政权又是司法权。警察权被滥用已引起一些法律问题和社会问题。为防范警察权的滥用,建议对警察权进行分权、限权、制衡、监督,使警察权回归本位,警察忠于职守。

| Abstract: | Police's power is an administrative and judicative right.The abuse of police's power has resulted in some legal and social problems.To restrict the abuse,the paper suggests we split,limit,control and supervise police's power so that police's power returns its original post and police serves his duty. |
