| 摘 要： | 国际法与国内法的关系有传统理论“一元论”、“二元论”、“自然调整论”等学说，国家中心范式的存在与全球化时代凸现出范式危机，因而全球范式应作为未来法哲学的转换方向。全球范式主要应在法律本体论、法律主体论、法律发展观三方面对国家中心范式进行观念革新。

| Abstract: | The relationship between international law and municipal law has many traditional theories, such as "monism", "dualism" and "natural regulation theory". Because of the existence of national center paradigm and the paradigm crisis appeared in globalization period, the global paradigm should be future change direction on philosophy of law. The global paradigm is mainly applied on the concept reform for national center paradigm form the three aspects, law ontology, law subject, law development. |
