| Abstract: | Quite a few people who favor legislature around the issue of punishment over security guards are in dispute still with the features of monism, dualism, or eclecticism. In nature, various views on the legislature for security guards punishment are fundamentally set and developed around the relation of general punishment with criminal punishment. A review and analysis of these theories seems necessary to seek a view that is suitable to the national condition in China. |
