论新民事诉讼法对起诉状的修改

修改前的起诉状难以符合起诉的法定形式要件和实质要件,一定程度上造成起诉难问题。新《民事诉讼法》从区分当事人身份、增减当事人身份事项、增加电子证据、采用电子送达等方面对起诉状的制作与应用进行修改。修改后的起诉状降低了起诉门槛,提高了形式审查效率,有利于当事人诉讼权利的行使,对我国民事立案制度改革具有重要意义。

The modification of complaint will reduce the threshold for prosecution, improve the efficiency of formal examination, will perform the litigation rights in favor, reform of Civil filing significance.
