| 摘 要： | 依托公安特色,在法学教育的基础上结合公安执法现状,有针对性地进行法学理论与法律实践教育,继而培养专门执法人才是公安院校法学教育目标.设置实践性教学课程有助于培养学生的实战能力,积极改进适合公安院校的法学教育,并在具体实施中切实做到以学生为主体、以锻炼学生职业能力为目的的法学实践课意义重大.

| Abstract: | The aim of legal teaching in police colleges is to cultivate specialized law enforcement talents based on combining legal education with present public security situation, carrying out legal theoretical and practical education. To establish practical courses is helpful to develop students＇ war fighting capabilities. It is meaningful to improve legal education which suits police colleges with students as subjects and with practicing students＇ professional capability as aim. |
