涉检信访工作机制改革研究

信访是公民行使宪法赋予的基本权利的现实途径之一。检察机关作为法律监督机关,随着司法改革的深入和检察队伍建设的加强,检察机关司法权威性逐渐提高,涉检信访业务量增大、难度增加,完善涉检信访工作,有效化解社会矛盾成为检察机关有待研究解决的重大课题。

Study on the Reform of Letters and Requests Handling Working Mechanism Involved with People＇s Procuratorate

Letters and requests handling is one of the ways of achieving citizen＇s basic right given by the constitution. As organ of legal supervision,the jurisdiction authority of procuratorate organs is gradually promoting,the amount and the difficulty of letters and requests handling involved with procuratorate is increasing with the development of judicial reform and the strengthening of procuratorate construction. It is a major issue for procuratorate organ to improve letters and requests handling involved with procuratorate and effectively resolve social contradictions.
