| Abstract: | The democratic management of the staff and workers is the internal request of the socialist market economy and the expression of the masters of the staff and workers. The congress of workers and staff is still the basic form of the democratic management of the staff and workers, but we need to make the adjustment and perfection on the aspects including the organizational form, limits of one s functions and powers and work content etc. |
