| 摘 要： | 本文是在中国农村社会变迁导致的农业女性化背景下,探讨农村社区中出现的女性能人现象,对农村女性能人进行界定、分类及现状概括;分析了政治能人、经济能人、文化能人、兼性能人对于社区发展的意义。文章最后分析了女性能人促进社区发展的文化、社会环境与话语导向、技术、政策、制度等方面的制约因素,并提出相关建议。
