我国经济高成本运行的理论研究

与微观成本不同,宏观成本是从国民经济角度加以考虑的成本,是宏观经济运行中耗费的社会资源。市场经济条件下,凡是自负盈亏的单位或个人,在进行任何一项经营活动时,都会千方百计地节约其微观成本,但却没有足够的降低宏观成本的内动力。就中国现状而言,由于观念和体制等方面的原因,其宏观经济运行成本已明显偏高。只有全社会都树立起宏观成本意识,同时建立科学的政绩考核体系,才能扭转经济高成本运行这一局面,实现经济社会和谐发展。

Theoretical thinking on the economic operation at high cost

Different from the micro-cost,the macro-cost is social resource expended in the macro-economic operation.Under the macket economy,units or individual have no enough inner motives to decrease the macro-cost.The operation cost of our macro-economy is on the high side because of ideas and systems.So,establishing the consciousness of examining political achievement and speeding up the perfection of production factors market are the ways to change the phenomenon of economic operation at high cost to promote the harmonious developement of economy society.
