社会主义核心价值体系指导下的执政文化构建

文化建设是执政党自身建设的重要内容。中国共产党执政文化有着自身的特殊内涵及其构成要素，它形成于我党数十年执政实践过程中、当前，面对世情、国情、党情的新变化和新问题，加强中国共产党执政文化建设，必须以社会主义核心价值体系为指导，从执政党的理想信仰、价值取向、制度规范、行为作风以及政党情感等方面入手，构建特色鲜明的执政文化。

Governance Culture Building under the Guidance of the Socialist Core Value System

Cultural construction is an important part of the ruling party＇s own construction. The CPC ＇ s ruling culture formed in our party＇s decades of ruling practice and has its own special meaning and its constituent elements. At present, in face of the current situation of the new changes and new problems, the party should strengthen the construction of CPC governing culture guided by the socialist core value system. Construction of ruling culture with distinct characteristics should start with the aspects of ruling party＇s ideal belief, value orientation, system specification, behavior style and the party emotion.
