中心城区机动车停放管理的思考

随着经济的发展,机动车的数量迅速增加,中心城区停车难问题越来越突出.然而,一方面路内停车严重超标,导致交通受阻;另一方面路外停车场(库),特别是室内停车库泊车率普遍较低.管理部门应该以交通畅通为根本目标,以价格为杠杆来调整这种布局.

A Reflection upon Mobile Vehicle Parking Administration in the Downtown Area

With the development of economy, the number of mobile vehicles is increasing rapidly and the difficult problem to park in the downtown area is becoming more and more protruding. However, on the one hand, parking within the road severely surpasses the standard thus resulting in traffic jam, on the other hand, the parking ratio in lots (garages), especially indoors is generally very low. The administrative authority should aim at smooth traffic as the basic goal to adjust this situation by the lever of price.
