| 摘 要： | 组织的发展始终是组织内在良序人文力量扩张的结果。产业集群是一种社会化大生产的劳动组织形式,是一种企业群落的社区组织,人文力量始终是产业集群发展的根本动力。文章梳理了产业集群的效率归因,归纳了当代中国人文主义的内涵,以当代中国人文主义的基本信念体系为价值理性,重构了产业集群的分析框架,讨论了产业集群的技术结构、空间结构、组织与制度结构,为产业集群的研究与实践提供了新的理论架构。

| Abstract: | The development of organization is the outcome of expanding fine humanism force in the organization.Industrial cluster is a labor organization of socialized production and is a community organization of enterprise union.The humanism force is the fundamental power for the industrial cluster development all the time.This paper summarizes the productivity reason of industrial cluster and the connotation of moden humanism,and reconstructs the analysis structure of industrial cluster based on the value rationality of moden humanism fundamental concept system.In addition,the paper discusses the technology,spacial,organization and institution structure in order to provide a new theoretical structure for the study and practice of industrial cluster. |
