| 摘 要： | 由于工作生活环境、从事职业、接受教育程度等因素的影响,不同类型的基层一线党代会代表在文化素质、身份意识、制度机制建设、发挥作用形式和发挥作用效果等方面都存在一定的差异,只有依据不同类型代表的特点,采取一系列针对性的措施,才能整体发挥基层党代会代表的作用。

| Abstract: | The representatives of party congress of the front-line on the grass-root level have differences on cultural quality, identity consciousness, institution mechanism construction and the ways and results of playing roles that due to different working environment, jobs and education level,etc.. It is needed to adopt a series of measures that aim to different representative to promote their roles fully. |
