| 摘 要： | "资源诅咒"是指自然资源与经济增长之间存在的一种负相关关系。目前,居于桂西资源富集区重要地带的河池市具有明显的"资源诅咒"倾向性,建议通过提升理念、发展生态经济、走循环经济之路、积极推进科技创新、强化制度规制等措施进行规避,努力使河池市走出"资源诅咒"的怪圈。

| Abstract: | Resource curse refers to the negative relationship between natural resources and economic growth. Hechi city that located in the west areas with rich resources in Guangxi has obvious tendency of being in the resource curse, therefore, it is suggested to promote ideas, develop ecological economy and circular economy, positively promote technology innovation, strengthen institutions and regulations to averse the risk in order to help Hechi city to get out the trap of resource curse. |
