| Abstract: | The organizational structure of the party is the foundation for doing works that relates to all aspects of the party, and it is the important step of democratic politics construction to make inner-party democracy drives people＇s democracy. Due to the relationship of organizational structure of the party and inner-party democracy, there are some new requirements that are proposed by inner-party democracy to organizational structure. |
