Study on System Evolution of Industry and Agriculture Coordinated Development

There is a direct connection between China＇s industrial-agricultural development and resources distribution. In the development process of industrial and agricultural, the balanced interaction between planned economy and market economic plays a decisive role in productive factor distribution and flow. The planned economy isolates the industrial-agricuhural sector resources distribution in urban and rural, which causes the involution impact of agriculture production and the vicious cycle of low efficiency and high consumption of city industry. The way to distribute and flow resources coordinately in industrial and agricultural sectors are： formation of a two-way interaction pattern of industrial and agricultural sector resources distribution in urban and rural under the market orientation reform, the reversal flow of rural and rural resources into urban and non-agricultural industries in the effect of market mechanism, and formation of inclusive growth mechanism in the background of industry fostering agriculture.
