| 摘 要： | 行政公益诉讼是指公民、法人或其他组织认为行政机关的违法行政行为侵害了社会公共利益,在法律法规赋予诉权的情况下,以自己的名义向法院提起行政诉讼的制度。从我国当前的司法现状来看,建立行政公益诉讼制度既非常必要也有相当大的现实可行性。
