| 摘 要： | 侦查学是研究刑事案件的规律特点和侦查对策的一门学科。从社会科学分类，法学界认为，侦查学是法学学科门类下一门独立的二级学科，是刑事法学的重要组成部分。随着公安学的兴起，有学者认为，侦查学科同样是公安学的重要内容。公安高校学科建设要坚持走内涵式发展的道路，要加强侦查学科建设，努力打造具有鲜明中国特色的侦查学科品牌。
