充分发挥检察职能为新农村建设提供司法保障和优质服务

检察机关作为国家法律监督机关,充分发挥自身优势,找准服务位置,努力为农民增收、农村改革和经济发展,为社会主义新农村建设提供强有力的司法保障和优质服务。本文就新农村建设中面临的主要问题、存在问题原因分析以及如何充分履行检察职责,积极服务新农村建设等三个方面进行阐述。
