| 摘 要： | 高职院校普遍存在的学生厌学、违纪等现象,其原因是多方面的,有学生自身的因素,也有学校教育方面存在的偏差。其中,学生自律意识淡薄是重要原因。加强自律教育,增强学生的自律意识,是高职院校健全学生人格、提升人才培养质量的当务之急。

| Abstract: | At present students' hating study and breaking discipline are common in senior professional colleges. There are many causes for that, such as the students' own reasons, and the deviation existing in school education, among which students' poor idea of self-discipline is an important reason. Strengthening self-discipline education and students' idea of self-discipline is the most critical element for senior professional colleges to train students' perfect personality, and improve the quality of training talents. |
