| 摘 要： | 人口老龄化是当前我国民族地区面临的一项严峻的社会问题。在少数民族文化习俗中,家庭养老也是家庭的一项重要的社会功能。在现阶段,坚持以家庭养老为基本的养老方式符合过渡时期的需要,同时进一步缓解了我国社会保障面临的巨大压力。通过对哈萨克族"还子"制的个案研究,可为我国少数民族地区妥善解决农村养老保障制度提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The aging of the population is one of the most serious social problems in national areas of our country.In the culture of ethnic minorities,family-based support for the aged is also an important social function of family.At this stage,in order to uphold the family as the old-age in a manner consistent with the needs of the transitional period,at the same time,facing tremendous pressure of China's Social Security will be further alleviated.This paper discusses about the positive function of Kazak "huan-zi" nationality in Kazak elderly social security and finding the problem of rural elderly social security′ way out. |
