高校团干部胜任力模型的实证研究

摘    要:文章选取了浙江省内不同类型高校的8名团干部进行行为事件访谈,提取了其中的40个胜任特征建立了初步模型。随后又进行了问卷调查,统计出高校团干部40个胜任特征的重要程度,得出高校团干部的胜任力模型,包括四大维度的28个胜任特征。四大维度分别为:青春特质、领袖风范、工作品质、渗透能力。

Abstract:8 cadres from different universities have been behavioral event interviewed. First-model has been set up by 40 competency factors. Then by the questionnaire survey to statistic the cadres of the forty competence characteristics, we set up the competency model, which contains 4 dimensionalities with 28 specific factors. 4 dimensionalities include youthtraits, leadership style, working quality, and penetration ability.
