| 摘 要： | 《中华人民共和国循环经济促进法》已经颁布实施,为循环经济在我国的确立和发展提供了法律上的支持。但中国的城市与农村存在很大差异,这就使这部法律在全社会的实施存在着障碍。针对城乡之间的差异,分析农村在实施《循环经济促进法》过程中存在的问题并提出相应的对策对《循环经济促进法》在农村中的顺利实施具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Circular Economy Promotion Law of the People＇s Republic of China has been promulgated,providing a legal support for the establishment and development of the circular economy in China.But great differences between Chinese urban and rural areas impose great obstacles on the implementing of the law.Based on those differences,the authors analyze the difficulties in implementing Circular Economy Promotion Law in rural areas and propose corresponding solutions. |
