| Abstract: | The towship government is the most primary government organization. This position of the organization in the state administrative system determines that building a service-oriented government is of great significance. Building a service-oriented government is the objective and urgent needs of implementing the scientific outlook on development in an all-round way, of building a new socialist countryside and of consolidating the foundation of the Party ruling in rural areas, and constitutes the basis for achieving the aim of building a service-oriented government in an all-round way. |
