Abstract:The One-stop service pattern of academic libraries has made higher demands on basic level librarians.That is,the traditional ideas and service conceptions of basic level librarians need to be changed;the study of professional knowledge and relevant scientific knowledge needs to be emphasized;and the overall standards of service in academic libraries needs to be improved so as to better meet the need of the teachers and students.
