关于人力资本作为企业制度要素的思考

摘    要:对于人力资本的研究始于 6 0年代初 ,在我国也已有十几年的历史 ,但长期以来一直把它作为一种生产要素来研究 ,即将之与资本、劳动力要素相并列 ,分析其在企业产出中的定性和定量的作用。而实际上 ,人力资本对企业的影响远不止于它对产出的作用 ,它对企业的整个制度安排都带来了深刻的影响。这里将人力资本作为企业的一种制度要素进行分析 ,并探讨它对于企业产权结构、法人治理结构和企业文化方面的影响。

Abstract:The Research of the human capital has started since the beginning of 1960s.It has been researched in China more than ten years.But it is always studied as producer factor,just as capital or labour during the course of qualitative analysis and quantity analysis in business.In fact,the human capital affects not only the output but also the whole system arrangement of the business.Here analyse the human capital as a system essential and probe its effect on the structure of property right?the structure of legal person management and Business culture.
