| 摘 要： | 国有企业进行产权改革导致企业生产经营模式发生变化,企业劳动关系逐步走向规范化,但主体双方的地位存在着明显差异;职工群众作为劳动关系主体,他们对企业的依赖性不断增强,对经济收入也更加关注;职工之间收入差距的不断扩大,对企业劳动关系的稳定与和谐,会产生消极影响。
