略论孟德斯鸠社会理论中的法律思想:兼谈启蒙思想与理性法律观的建立

On Charles Louis Mondesquieu's Thoughts of Law in His Social Theory

In comparison with other thinkers in the enlightenment age,Charles Louis Mondesquieu has accepted the ideological tradition with a distinctive legal sense of rationslism.His legal theory is based on his social theory.He believes that law is substantially a general connection among the things,therefore there's a close relation between law and society.The change of certain factors in the society is roots which make law vary;The variation of law can also let society vary.Mankind can make law meet the demand of justice by means of their rationality that they're able to understand the quality of society and law.
