| Abstract: | This thesis probes into the new trend of the reform of criminal justice system in Japan, which is that the jury is entitled to determine the exclusion of confession evidence or not, by comparison from the following aspects： the content of the reform, the the social background of the reform and theoretical controversy of the reform, in hope to enable people to broaden their horizon and make an understanding of the new trend of the judicial reform in Japan timely,and to be of value to the reform and improvement of judicial system in China. |
