| 摘 要： | 中国知识产权第一案2000年10月10日在广东省高级人民法院重审，由于案件的特殊性，有理由对此案的行政裁决及一审判决提出质疑并评析诉、辩双方的事实与理由，由此得出计算机软件的保护及侵权责任界定的意见和依据。
