关于构建"四小"场所治安长效管理机制的调查与思考

近年来,“四小”行业发展迅速,场所内经常发生黄、赌、毒等违法犯罪现象,治安问题比较突出。公安机关的多次集中专项整治,往往只能收一时之效。目前,公安机关对娱乐服务场所的行政审批权已被取消,“四小”场所治安管理工作将面临更大挑战,构建“四小”场所治安长效管理机制更加任重而道远。需要发挥政府综合管理的职能优势,有关职能部门之间要明确职责,形成社会治安综合治理的协调联动机制。
