| Abstract: | In the era of knowledge economy, talented people have a very important position in the national economy; he who has talents rules the country. Since economic transition in Russia, the brain have drained a lot, which seriously affects Russian scientific and techn- ologic development. The causes and consequences of scientific and technologic emigrants in the period of transition merit our deep think- ing and drawing lessons from. |
