| 摘 要： | 女童教育不完全 ,也是义务教育不完全。女童是明天的妇女 ,其素质高低 ,直接影响社会人力资源的发展基础 ,影响社会的民主、平等的建设进程。只有实现基础教育的性别平等,才能做到教育全面发展 ,做到社会性别公正 ,这是人类社会文明进步的重要标志。

| Abstract: | The incompletion of school-age girls education means the incompletion of compulsory education. School-age girls today are women tomorrow whose qualities have a direct effect on the foundation for the development of social human resources as well as on the course of social democracy and equality. Only realization of gender equality in basic education can guarantee a full-scale development of education and social gender equality, which is a significant symbol of human and social civilization. |
