| Abstract: | Analysis on the reasons of legal problems related to incomplete property of rural house built on collective land, we put forward the following countermeasures： to construct the raarketization of collectively owned land, to discriminate the levy and the commerce remove, to settle the incomplete property of rural house built on collective land, to levy building tax, to reform housing guarantee system. |
