| 摘 要： | 从具有典型代表性的英国、法国及前苏联的行政法律监督模式来看，完整的行政法律监督应涵盖诉讼与非诉讼两大领域，监督方式也具有独立性、完整性与广泛性等特点。针对我国目前行政法律监督制度存在的缺陷，提出完善构想。

| Abstract: | According to the mode of supervision in administrative procedure in Britain, France and former Soviet Union, a complete supervision system in administrative procedure should be located in both litigation and non-litigation scopes, which its manner shall be independent, complete and comprehensive. Based on China ＇s nowadays limitation in supervision in administrative procedure, this thesis tenders consummate design. |
