| 摘 要： | 随着全球化成为经济和社会生活各领域的一个重要发展趋势,中国的经济日益溶入全球化大潮的同时,中国也努力向法治国度迈进。中国法治的关键在于政府的法治化,而政府法治化的背后是权力的法治化,并进一步将放松管制作为权力法治化对全球化的回应。
