随着世界经济一体化进程的加快和我国加入WT0,作为经济鉴证类社会中介服务行业的资产评估业,面临着严峻的挑战和良好的发展机遇。为此,我国应从资产评估准则的制订、行业的脱钩改制、提高社会公信力、应对WT0挑战等几方面入手,加快制度创新,迅速提高资产评估行业的国际竞争力。

Systematic Innovation of Business Management for Property Evaluation in Our Country

The globalization of world economy is being promoted greatly, and China has successfully realized accession to WTO. Under this Situation, property evaluation business, a certain economic identifucation institution, which works as the social intermediary service business, is facing both severe challenges and good chances for development. Therefore,we should mainly promote systematic innovation from the following angles such as formulation of rules for property evaluation, independence and reform of the business, improvement of public belief, and answering challenges and so on, so as to strengthen the intenational competitive ability of our property evaluation.
