摘    要:随着我国医疗市场的开放,医疗行业竞争加剧,虚假违法医疗广告屡禁不止,对社会造成了很大的危害和不良影响。本文拟对政府部门在医疗广告监管中承担何种角色以及当前医疗广告政府监管体系存在的问题进行分析讨论,并提出相应的对策建议,以供商讨。

Abstract:With the opening of medical service market, competition in medical industry is intensifying. Illegal medical advertisements keep popping up even the law prohibits it, which have many adverse effects and harms on society. This paper analysis the role of the government in the supervision of medical advertisement and the failure of regulatory systems. At the same time, we will put forward corresponding countermeasures for discussion.
