A case analysis of the health administrative punishment to a self-built centralized water supply company for supplying unqualified domestic drinking water

When dealing with complaints on domestic drinking water, it is essential for the health administration and law enforcement agencies （HALEA） to take charge of supervising and actualizing inspection of the local environment, carry out random sample checks on tap water and relevant products, and verify the relevant documents and data before imposing administrative measures and penalties. Through the case analysis on a health administrative punishment of a self-built, centralized water supply company in supplying unqualified domestic drinking water to the districts of Jinan City, we propose that special attention should be placed on the administrative surveillance procedures, in particular for sampling and inspection, as well as the execution of administrative measures and penalties.
