| 摘 要： | 当前,假冒伪劣药品的泛滥已严重威胁到人民群众的身体健康及生命安全,扰乱了药品市场经营管理秩序,必须予以严厉打击。文章从中国当前假冒伪劣药品泛滥的现状及特点出发,提出了相关的侦查措施,希望能对打击生产、销售假冒伪劣药品犯罪起到一定的推动作用。
