| 摘 要： | 进城务工人员是工会工作新的对象和领域,进城务工人员劳动权益存在的问题目前十分突出。工会要尽快、最大限度地将他们组织起来,要建立适应他们特点的组织网络体系和工作运行机制,要积极推动他们的劳动社会保障制度和维护机制建设,维护好他们的应有权益。

| Abstract: | The migrant workers in rural areas are new target o f trade union work. Their labor rights and interests exist some problems. The trade unions should do their best to organiz e these migrant workers in rural areas, build an organizational network and work running mechanism that will adapt to them. The trade unions should activel y push their labour social security system and safeguard mechanism building and protect their due rights and interests. |
