中国共产党发展民主集中制的百年历程

民主集中制从俄国传入中国后,成为中国共产党的根本组织原则和领导制度,经历了党的创建与新民主主义革命时期、新中国成立前后与社会主义建设时期、改革开放新时期与中国特色社会主义新时代三个发展阶段。百年来,中国共产党对民主集中制的发展,体现了六大特点,作出了十个重大创新,充分说明了民主集中制是党和国家的根本制度、核心制度,是科学合理而又有效率的制度,是中国共产党成长壮大、立于不败之地的制胜法宝,显示了极大的制度优势和不断发展的强劲趋势。

The Centennial Process of the Development of Democratic Centralism by the CPC

Since the introduction of democratic centralism from Soviet Russia into China,it has become the fundamental organizational principle and leadership system of the CPC.It has experienced three stages of development:the period of the party’s founding and the new democratic revolution,the period before and after the founding of new China and the period of socialist construction,and the new period of reform and opening upand the entering of the new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Over the past century,the development of democratic centralism by the CPC has embodied six major characteristics and made ten major innovations,which fully demonstrates that democratic centralism is the fundamental and core system of the party and the state,a scientific,reasonable and efficient system,and a trump for the CPC to grow stronger and remain invincible.It shows the greatest institutional advantages and strong trend of continuous development.
