| 摘 要： | 伴随着新时期高等教育事业的发展,高校职工人数特别是非在编职工人数不断上升,日益成为学校持续发展的一支不可或缺的重要力量。然而非在编职工的入会问题上还存在诸多问题,正确面对和有效解决非在编职工的入会问题,对于高校的健康持续发展和和谐校园建设有着十分重要的意义。

| Abstract: | Following the development of higher education,the institution of higher learning has an increasingly large number of temporary employees who have become the major component part of the contingent of workers.However,their rights to participate in trade union are not be effectively safeguarded.In order to establish the harmonious campus culture and promote the healthy and sustainable development of institution of higher learning,it is necessary to take the effective measures to solve the above-mentioned problems. |
