| 摘 要： | 地下钱庄案件在我国东南沿海地区呈高发态势,并不断向周边地区蔓延。对地下钱庄一些比较有共性的组织、运营特点进行剖析的基础上,有针对性地制定打击、遏制地下钱庄犯罪的侦查对策对维护我国的金融管理秩序和国家的经济安全十分必要。

| Abstract: | Illegal bank cases have gradually developed in our southeast coastal areas,and will constantly spread among the surrounding areas.So it is important to analyze the general character organizations and running characteristics of illegal banks, it is also necessary to establish the investigating countermeasures to strike and restrain the illegal bank crimes in order to safeguard our country's financial organization and economic safety. |
