| 摘 要： | 三峡库区水路、公路交通格局的变化和交通事业的发展,已成为库区社会和经济发展的重要保障。但库区水路、公路交通的各种治安问题已成为困扰其发展的重要因素。由于三峡库区的特殊性,对水路、公路治安问题的有效控制和处置,不仅关系到三峡库区经济的发展,更关乎国家的形象。所以应采取有效措施、对策处置这一问题。

| Abstract: | The change of road and shipping transportation pattern and the development of transportation in the Three Gorges Area have ensured the social and economic development of this area. However, all sorts of public order problems of road or shipping transportation have hindered the development of the area. Because of the specific characteristics of this area, proper and effective countermeasures should be adopted to solve these problems, otherwise they will not only hinder the economic development of this area but also destroy our image in the world. |
