| 摘 要： | 死刑缓期执行制度是我国刑事立法的独创，有利于贯彻“少杀慎杀”的刑事政策，严格限制死刑的适用。但在死缓执行的过程中，死缓减为徒刑的期限、死缓犯执行死刑的期限及其相关期间的计算这三个方面存在问题，有待进一步探讨。
